These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AI Lawyer, an AI-powered legal information mobile application operated by AvaCasa, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using AI Lawyer, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use AI Lawyer. By creating an account or using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
AI Lawyer provides AI-generated legal information for educational and informational purposes only. All content is generated by artificial intelligence and should not be relied upon as legal advice.
No attorney-client relationship is created through use of this application. AI Lawyer is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation. AI-generated information may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not applicable to your specific situation. Laws vary by jurisdiction and change frequently.

AI Lawyer uses anonymous authentication by default. You may optionally link your Apple ID to preserve data across devices. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
AI Lawyer offers premium features through the following plans:
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Auto-renewable subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone Settings under Subscriptions.
We do not process payments directly and do not have access to your payment information. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.

All content, design, and AI-generated material in AI Lawyer are owned by or licensed to AvaCasa, LLC. You may use AI-generated documents for your personal purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the app itself without our written permission.
Legal queries, case descriptions, and documents you provide within the app are your content. By using AI Lawyer, you grant us a limited license to process your content through our AI systems to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content or use it to train AI models.
AI Lawyer is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
AI Lawyer is not a substitute for professional legal counsel. If you are facing a legal matter, contact a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AvaCasa, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of AI Lawyer, including but not limited to damages arising from reliance on AI-generated legal information. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to AI Lawyer at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. Active subscriptions should be cancelled through the App Store.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by other means. Continued use of AI Lawyer after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
