End User License Agreement

Effective Date: April 9, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and AvaCasa, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") for the use of the AI Lawyer mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, subject to the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of License

This license does not allow you to:

• Distribute or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App
• Copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws

3. AI-Generated Legal Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate legal information, documents, contracts, letters, and analysis. You acknowledge that:

• All AI-generated content is for informational and educational purposes only
• The App does not provide legal advice and no attorney-client relationship is created
• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not applicable to your jurisdiction
• Generated documents may not be legally enforceable without review by a qualified attorney
• You will not rely solely on AI-generated content for decisions affecting your legal rights, finances, or safety
• Laws vary by jurisdiction and change frequently; the App may not reflect the most current legal developments

4. Subscriptions

The App offers a monthly auto-renewable subscription and a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The monthly subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the legal queries, case descriptions, and documents you provide within the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your content through our AI systems solely to provide the service. We do not use your content to train AI models.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Generate fraudulent legal documents or misrepresent AI-generated content as professional legal work
• Engage in the unauthorized practice of law
• Exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the App or its AI systems
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the service
• Redistribute or publicly share AI-generated content from the App as professional legal advice

7. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated by you or us. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and destroy all copies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR LEGAL VALIDITY OF ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AVACASA, LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED LEGAL INFORMATION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Third-Party Terms

The App uses third-party services including Firebase (Google) and OpenAI. Your use of these services through the App is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

11. Apple Requirements

You acknowledge that this EULA is between you and AvaCasa, LLC only, and not with Apple. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for the App. Apple is not responsible for any product warranties or claims related to the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA.

12. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
